Please note: We are reviewing all training requests to ensure a wide range of geographic and professional representation. We will try our best to accommodate as many participants as possible. We may reach out if more than one person from your organization has already applied to coordinate participation. We will confirm whether or not your request is approved as soon as possible; please note this process may take a week or longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to make this opportunity available to as many local jurisdictions, fire districts, and other organizations as possible.
The training will be from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM PDT.
There is no cost to attend this training. Lunch will be provided during the training at no cost to attendees. We will strive to provide vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free options, but anyone with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions is encouraged to bring their own meal.
A limited number of travel stipends are available to support attendance to a training for those that need it. The travel stipend can be used to pay for a hotel room, mileage, meals during travel, or other eligible expenses. Please check “Yes” on the registration form if you would like to apply for a travel stipend and we will contact you to follow up. Travel stipends cannot be guaranteed until you apply and are approved. Priority will be given to local or tribal government registrants. For-profit businesses are not eligible to receive stipends.
Please note: When a training reaches capacity and a waitlist is in place, CWPC reserves the right to limit the number of registrations from any single organization or agency. This helps to ensure that as many different organizations or agencies have the opportunity to participate.
